1. Agreement to Terms

12. Fulfillment Policy
Service Delivery
Services begin upon agreement execution and payment receipt
- Initial campaigns launch within 7-10 business days, pending client provision of required access and materials
- Ongoing services include daily campaign management, bi-weekly reporting, and monthly strategy meetings
- Availability: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST
Payment Terms
- Base fees invoiced monthly by the 25th for following month, due by the first of the folllowing month
- Ad spend percentages invoiced by the 1st of the month for previous month, due within 5 days
- Advertising spend billed directly to client by third-party platforms
- Services suspended for non-payment
Refund Policy
- Service fees are non-refundable once services begin for that billing period
- No refunds for advertising spend paid to third-party platforms
Cancellation Policy
- Initial 3-month term: No cancellation except for material breach with 10 days written notice
- After initial term: Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice to admin@risesocialpartners.com
- Campaigns paused within 24 hours of effective cancellation date
Service Modifications
- Scope changes require written agreement from both parties
- Force majeure events may delay service delivery without penalty
